Quantities, freight, or whether this suits your space — send us the room measurements and we will check the order before you place it.
About this product+
Let the tiles acclimatise in the room for 24 hours before laying. Check the sub-floor is level to within 3 mm over 2 m; skim it if it is not. Dry-lay one full box to confirm the shade blend before any adhesive is mixed. Use a C2TE class cement adhesive, notched 10 mm. Back-butter planks longer than 900 mm on the long edge. Keep a 2 mm joint; a butt joint will telegraph every sub-floor movement. Stagger end joints by at least a third of a plank length. Leave a 6 mm perimeter gap at every wall and cover it with skirting. Grout after 24 hours and keep foot traffic off for a further 24.

Care and maintenance+
- Sweep or vacuum before mopping — grit underfoot does more damage than any cleaner.
- Mop with a pH-neutral floor cleaner; nothing acidic, nothing with wax in it.
- Wipe spills of oil, wine or turmeric the same day.
- Never use a steel scourer or scouring powder on a matte surface.
- Re-seal the grout, not the tile, once a year in wet areas.
Shipping and returns+
- Delivered across Mumbai and the MMR.
- Freight depends on weight and floor, so it is quoted at checkout before you pay rather than added afterwards.
- Tiles travel badly and some breakage is normal — this is what the 10% overage covers. Photograph anything cracked before it is moved.
- This size is held in stock.

Questions we get asked
Mostly about quantities, freight and what happens when a box turns up cracked.
Ask us on WhatsAppWhy is the price per square foot when I pay by the box?
Tiles are compared per square foot and sold by the box, so we show both: the per-sq-ft rate to judge it against another tile, and the box price you actually pay. A box covers a fixed area, and we can only sell whole boxes. How many boxes should I order?
Measure the area in square feet, divide by the coverage printed on the box, then add about 10% for cuts, corners and the odd breakage. Round up to whole boxes. Send us your measurements on WhatsApp and we will check the number before you order. Can I see a sample before I order?
Yes. Samples are ₹99 each and the amount comes off your order when you buy. Screens lie about colour and nothing about a tile's finish survives a photograph, so for anything going on a large floor we would rather you held one first.Where do you deliver, and what does freight cost?
Across Mumbai and the MMR. Freight depends on weight and floor, so it is calculated and shown to you at checkout before you pay rather than added afterwards.Delivery and freightWhat if something arrives broken?
Tiles travel badly and some breakage is normal, which is why the 10% overage matters. Check the boxes on delivery and photograph anything cracked before it is moved; we replace breakage reported with photos.Returns and breakageCan I return boxes I did not use?
Unopened boxes in their original packaging can be returned. Opened boxes and cut tiles cannot, and made-to-order items are not returnable at all.Returns and breakageDo you install as well?
We are a materials supplier, not a contractor, but we can put you in touch with fitters who work with these materials regularly and advise your own mason on adhesive, spacing and laying pattern. How long will my order take?
Anything held in stock generally reaches you within a few days across Mumbai and the MMR. Made-to-order items take longer and are marked as such on the product itself.
